My Tribute: An incredibly intelligent young man, always at the top of his class in school. Teachers used to ask him to tutor other students who were struggling. He had a unique perspective on the world and could always see sides of an issue that others couldn’t. He used to be an altar boy at church and volunteered to help with Sunday school classes. Loved all animals, but especially loved dogs. Worshiped the ground his little sister walked on, very protective of her and his mama. Quick sense of humor that would have you rolling on the floor laughing. Had a quick temper too, but a heart as big Texas. Always volunteered to help our elderly neighbors with whatever they needed, no charge or expectation of payment. God I miss you, son. Your mama and family love you so much. We’ll see you.

My Tribute: Jenifer was my beautiful daughter who, had three beautiful children. Sadly She lost her fight to this disease on February 7, 2016. She had been in rehab at a place called serenity Springs for three months . I felt that I had finally got to meet my beautiful daughter for the first time in many years . They did an amazing job ,for that I am truly grateful . She then went to sober living called second chances ,In Atlana Georgia . She was there for six days and sadly passed away from a Heroin overdose , on her sons birthday . She had so much ahead of her ,she graduated on Dean’s list with a paralegal degree .She was an amazing mother . She had never before done heroiin, her drug of choice with pills.met a young man at a meeting who was a heroin add ict, that was the downfall of my child . I’m telling this story so you can pass it along to other moms and dads, so they are aware of where they are sending their children after rehab in knowing these AA drug meetings should not be men and women . As her mom ,I know what a good person and a good daughter she really was . I miss her so much ,I feel so empty without her in my life ….

My Tribute: My wonderful son you fought so hard to get free from the addiction and you stayed clean for so long. The pull of the euphoric high took you from me. And the ease of getting it blows our minds. I found you dead from it after you worked so good to be clean. We all miss you especially me my sweetheart. We all pray you are at peace now and we know you are. I love you and will try my best to march on

My Tribute: Your 25th birthday is coming up…but in reality you are forever 23. You are so loved and missed…but never forgotten. I’m sorry I couldn’t help you more. Although my heart bleeds for you, I am glad you are no longer in pain, and I long for the day I see you again. I hold on to God’s promises and have faith that you are in heaven. My prayer is that when it is my turn to be called home, God will allow you to be the one to lead me through those pearly gates.

My Tribute: We lost our fun, loving, giving son at the age of 25 due to addiction. We miss him so very much it’s unbearable. Brock you are in our hearts and thoughts everyday.
